I currently have two drivers, both around level 2 and they earn between £500-£2500 for each job they complete, I'm wondering how I can go about increasing the profit they get in order to earn money faster? How much does an profit do you get from hired driver? I only earn 1,180 euros a day from my driver. Đăng nhập Cửa hàng Cộng đồng One of the achievements in ETS was own all the garages. I expanded them all and bought trucks and hired drivers but now to fill all the garage bays I need another 568 drivers. There is no sense in buying more trucks now if there are not anymore drivers available. The recruitment agency has no more drivers and states "come back tomorrow". I wonder what my chances are of filling the rest of
Hi, I would like to understand how my other ETS2 folks are making profit from hiring a new driver. I recently hired a new driver and also purchased a new garage and a truck. The garage stats and truck/driver stats show very less profit from the new setup. Could someone give me an insight about how we can run a 2nd setup profitably. Not that I am being greedy here, after every expense to the
First off, they re-balanced the economy to make drivers earn less, so even if you kept doing what you used to do you will notice a drop in income. I have found the Dry Van is the overall winner for %usage. The bigger the trailer the more you earn so I tend to buy 53' with a California setup [wheels forward] for my drivers.
AI drivers do cost money. If you are using economy mods or if you changed the g_income factor, then they will do that. My drivers make negative income all the time but I have it set like that. My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS. Poll: Choose Next 2 ATS States. ATS Flatbed.
DazaKiwi Oct 4, 2017 @ 6:41pm. Suggestions: see hired drivers on the map and in game. I would love to see in the Driver Management window the ability to see a mini-map showing you where they are and the truck icon moves along the route they are on as well as when you go to full screen map see their truck icon and first name above it.
Reviewing a recent analysis of the profit logs from ten week's worth of saved games for 119 hired drivers, all of whom are level 30 or better and have at least 5 points in ADR, the best I can see is a driver with only five points in ADR who performed 14 ADR jobs out of 46 and the worst is a driver with all six points who managed just 1 ADR
There should be a reason to upgrade the hired driver's trucks. Some examples: Upgrade to get better, higher paying, longer distance jobs. Upgrade to increase truck reliability and decrease repair costs. Upgrade to keep your drivers happy, more happy -> more profit. how do i figure out what each driver is making me in profit for each trip and for the week
But if you are just getting started you are better off hireing more drivers than giving them a better truck. Affichage des commentaires 1 à 5 sur 5 L'auteur(e) de ce sujet a indiqué que ce message répond à sa question.
For this reason in the beginning you should stick to hiring and training one driver at a time. Then whenever you have a ~100k you can spend without any harm buy a new employee truck with a driver and thus you roll it back into the company. Ah, your hired drivers level up and get skill points, too? Cool. Thanks for all the feedback. Yeah! Wait till they get to 10.0 and the millions grow even while you roam. the Highest one of my drivers has pulled in (profit) so far in one trip is 17,000, and she did that at rating 6.7. and it wasn't even the extremes like Bratislava to Swansea. You can check how your driver has been doing by going to Driver Manager, click on the driver, then 'Show log' (button on the left). If you want to manage your driver a bit, change their training policy so they have 2-3 points in Long Range, 1 pt in High Value, 1 pt in Fragile, then get the ADR classes. Flexibility = more difficult cargo = profit.

A better truck couldn't make less of a difference for hired drivers. The comparison is only valid for employees in the same garage. In different garages you have different variables that affect the earning rates. My most profitable employees tended to be in the same garage. #4.
If driver is "on duty (stopped to rest)" then truck is not moving it too, "idle". If driver is "on duty" then truck should label "on road". #2. Mark Dec 30, 2022 @ 5:10am. I had something similar once. I opened a garage (in Bern) and assigned myself and a new driver there. All was well until I assigned a second employee to slot 3 where upon the
I've had drivers get negative pay for trips before but barca seems terrible. My drivers are already at 4.2 rating but still they make negative profit from barcelona to basically anywhere practically every trip and then don't find anything on the return also almost every time. Anyone else have this so bad there or anywhere else? I'd expect in cities with only one or two companies but not one

With own trailer you can also pinpoint which cargo you want your hired drivers to haul. Lets say that you have a garage in a city, a city which only has 2 companies, in the garage you have a hired driver with truck. One company with cars as freight gives a bad profit, but the other company gives much better profit on frozen freight.

hey it's good to buy tunned truck to your hired drivers? it's like better truck + better trailer = bigger profit? thanks have a good day :) เข้าสู่ระบบ ร้านค้า
