DPF Regeneration S60 & V60 '11-'18 / XC60 '09-'17 General. If you drive mainly long journeys (20min, 20mls plus, 60mph+) then you should not have a problem.
My 2500 alarmed and indicated the DPF was 50%. Took it for a highway run (60mph 2 hours) and it won’t come down. Dealer initiated a burn, did a highway run and it’s back to 50%. Back to dealer who did a 2nd manual regen. Back to the highway and it went back to 50%. Today it finally did an auto regen which took 42 minutes (highway driving).

May 21, 2021. #1. I own a 2020 ram 2500. My average speed on my truck sits at 48.7 mph. I have a 35 mile commute to and from work. The route to work does have stoplights. My regens were around 1000 miles when I first got it. Then at 6000 miles the cp4 pump went out and I got the fixed (which they replaced all fuel injectors) and now I’m at 9vknQ.
